Property Release Requirement – Photography conducted in a residential property must come with a property release to ensure compliance with provincial and federal privacy regulation. ®Realtor Packages do not require additional property releases because they are covered in the MLS Listing agreement between agent and seller. Rental properties will require a property release from any tenants that reside at the property at the time of photography.
