Let’s face it – marketing in real estate is difficult and costly enough. We look at our home stagers as being the best sales people out there to help us meet new clients. Therefore – we are offering to provide any accredited home stager free license to use any of the photos that we take of a home that they have staged for a paying real estate agent granted BOTH the Realtor® and the home owner approve AND the home owner signs off on a property release. You can also opt to pay for the photos yourself and offer your free license to the photos to the real estate agent as part of your service. If you like these terms please fill out the following form and you will be officially enrolled into our program! 

24 Hour Turnaround Time

You will have receive by email a download link for your photos and a link to your virtual tours within 24 hours of your shoot GUARANTEED. Measurements, floorplans, 3D floorplans, real estate videos, print materials, YouTube Videos, Matterport 3D and custom website delivery times may vary – please consult your visual professional at the time of shooting.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Because your time is important we promise to be there on time and finished on time. In return we ask that you respect our time and provide us with a minimum of 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule. If we do not hear from you and our real estate photographer gets there and finds out that we need to cancel – a cancellation fee of $125 will be charged. Exceptions will be made for extraordinary circumstances.

Photoshop Work Included

All packages include professional color correction and a series of lens corrections to ensure that your photos look their best. However this does not include removal of holes in walls, addition of furniture or any other work to alter what was actually there, but if you need it we can provide it.

We do provide our services outside of the Calgary area as well, but we charge extra for travel;

Payment

Payment will be due upon delivery. Payments can be made online with most major credit cards or via Interact E-Transfer or by cheque. 

Usage License

All products listed on this page come with one 99 year non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty free license subject to payment.

All photography and videography remains the intellectual property of Calgary Photos and its associated trade name partners.
