BILD AWARD PHOTOS
BILD Award photos are shot using the latest and greatest in camera technology and processed by award winning master photographer, Rob Moroto. Each image is shot at 50.6mp natively using the sharpest lenses available. Each
image will be delivered in its native 8×12 format as well as a cropped 8×10 format for Calgary BILD award submissions.

Prices are per photo with a minimum of 3 photos per session, per dwelling location not exceeding 10,000sq.ft. With any purchase of 10 or more photos, an unfinished basement photo if required will be included at no additional
charge. Photoshop work is included in these prices but will be kept in line with the guidelines of BILD submissions criteria. If you are submitting for other awards with different criteria we would be happy to ensure your
photos meet those criteria as well.
PHOTO/VIDEO BY HOUR
Some projects you can’t pigeon hole into one category or another and for those we provide photography by the hour. Just let us know what the scope of your work is and we can provide you with an estimate.

3D Matterport Virtual Tours
Creating a whole new interiors experience with 3D imaging. All packages include twenty-four (24) months of hosting included at no charge, highlight reels, and social media highlight videos. *Hosting fees are required as Matterport is a proprietary third party software that charges us monthly hosting fees.

Using leading edge computer graphic technologies we can digitally render beautiful, sleek, modern furniture into almost any image – matching lighting, contrast and perspective.
Day to Dusk
$25/photo – photoshop daytime exteriors to stunning twilight
Virtual Staging
$55/photo – adding furniture into photos of vacant properties. No minimum. Please allow for up to
three business days to complete.
Virtual Furniture replacement
$75/photo – adding furniture into photos of furnished properties. IE When the furniture
that’s there just isn’t quite right for the look that you’re going for.
Virtual Renovation
$99 Complex Virtual Renovation – New cabinets, movement of walls or other major
changes.
$55 Simple Virtual Renovation – Changing wall colors, removing holes in walls, or moving light switches and outlets.
360 Virtual Staging
$75/photosphere – Add furniture to your vacant iGuides and 360 Theta ONE photospheres.
Before Photos
$145 Daytime “BEFORE” Pictures (Includes 25 photos) – Showcase your true talent by showing your clients the before.
Image Manipulation
General $125 per hour – Sometimes a photo needs more than just a little touch up. For those images a nationally accredited PPOC Image Manipulator will be able to do wonders for your
photography.
Terms & License
24 Hour Turnaround Time
You will have receive by email a download link for your photos and a link to your virtual tours within 24 hours of your shoot GUARANTEED. Measurements, floorplans, 3D floorplans, real estate videos, print materials, YouTube Videos, Matterport 3D and custom website delivery times may vary – please consult your visual professional at the time of shooting.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Because your time is important we promise to be there on time and finished on time. In return we ask that you respect our time and provide us with a minimum of 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule. If we do not hear from you and our real estate photographer gets there and finds out that we need to cancel – a cancellation fee of $125 will be charged. Exceptions will be made for extraordinary circumstances.
Photoshop Work Included
All packages include professional color correction and a series of lens corrections to ensure that your photos look their best. However this does not include removal of holes in walls, addition of furniture or any other work to alter what was actually there, but if you need it we can provide it.

Payment
An invoice will be emailed at the end of every month and you will have 30 days from there to submit payment. Payments can be made online with most major credit cards, Interac E-Transfer or by cheque. 2% interest will be automatically charged past due invoices.
Usage License
All photography and videography products listed on this page come with one unrestricted, non-transferable license that allows you use the photography, videography and any other visual material for the purposes of marketing your company and your product(s) for a term of 99 years.
With every order, we will provide you with the Ownership of Matrix Sized photos so that they may be placed onto MLS in accordance with the requirements of your local real estate board.
Otherwise, all photography and videography remains the intellectual property of MidIsland Photos and its associated trade name partners.
Licenses are not transferable in any form.
